Country Cabins Inn Policies

Rental Policy:

Country Cabins Inn takes great pride in providing you with a comfortable and memorable stay. In order to insure satisfaction for you and our future guests we reserve the right to refuse service. Guests will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Guests will also be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Deposit Policy:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of your online reservation. We can however adjust the date and length of your stay prior to the 72 hour cancellation period subject to availability.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

We understand that plans do change, and should this be true of your plans, we respectfully request your advance notice. If cancellation occurs prior to the 72 hour cancellation period we will cancel your reservation and only the 20% deposit is forfeited. If you cancel within 72 hours of your stay or do not arrive for your stay you will be charged for your entire reservation.

Pet and Smoking Policy:

Country Cabins Inn takes great pride in providing a memorable visit for our guests. In order to insure such an unforgettable stay, we maintain a NO SMOKING policy inside the facility, lodge, and cabins, as well as a NO PETS policy. Should there be smoking or pets in any of the facilities $100 will be charged to your credit card.

Check in Policy:

Check in is from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. Early check in is allowed according to availability and with prior arrangements.

Check out Policy:

Check out by 11:00AM. Late check out will result in a $25 charge per hour.

Privacy Policies:

Country Cabins Inn takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing.'

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservations specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure, locked environment.
